Assist clients with the planning of their estate plan, both simple and complex depending on their individual situations (assets, family, charitable gifts, etc.), as well as preparation of the related documents as appropriate (e.g. wills, trusts, durable power of attorney, medical decision documents, etc.)

Assist clients with choice of entity, as well as organization of entities and entity governance thereafter. Also assist clients with contracts, as well as transactions for the acquisition, merger or sale of businesses.

Assist clients in tax planning for businesses or sales. Assist clients in audits by the IRS and state department of revenue, including appeals and filing in tax court.

Assist clients in the purchase or sale of residential or commercial real estate, including advising clients on like-kind exchanges (Sec. 1031 exchanges).
