We represent family members and friends of individuals who are not able to handle their own physical or financial affairs and need the protection of a temporary or permanent guardianship or conservatorship. Our goal is to conclude the initial filing as expeditiously and sensitively as possible and to support the guardian or conservator throughout the duration of the proceeding.

We create individualized wills and trusts that provide for distribution of assets after death. Our services range from simple estate planning options to sophisticated tax planning techniques that integrate business succession, gift and tax planning, insurance, and other specialized planning tools. Each of our plans address lifetime concerns like aging, incapacity, and end of life care management.
