Mr. Trierweiler is a VERY experienced attorney with HUGE expertise in the fields of bankruptcy law and the surrounding areas that bankruptcy will touch in your life. His vast understanding is available to you; he has time to talk to you, and gives accurate direct answers. Hands down, I would recomm...end him to anyone who needs such services!

The way they treat their clients is terrible. Hardly any contact with the lawyer, fill out the bankruptcy questionnaire in office with a paralegal, which leaves no time to prepare the necessary information to give accurate answers, sign paperwork with a paralegal, questions answered by paralegals. Pa...ralegals cannot give legal advice. As a client, I should be able to speak directly with the attorney for getting questions answered and certainly when signing the court paperwork.

I had a free consultation (another office wanted to charge me 179$) with one of the team members at Todd Trierweiler & Associates. The team member was very courteous and answered all my questions for free! I dealt directly with Mr. Trierwieler for most of my case. This man is both incredily knowledgable and exceedingly kind. Filing bankruptcy was a very painful prospect for me, and I was terrified of the ramifications. The folks at Todd's office helped me through it without making me feel embarrasse...d or ashamed. My case is still going, and I have been able to contact Todd a few times about issues that have popped up. He was always more than happy to help me.
