Does not know Portland landlord/tenant laws very well. Everything he asked me to bring to his office to review, he never looked at. Most of the questions I asked he either did not know the answers for or avoided answering them. His temperament was nice but I left disappointed and felt like it was a w...aste of my time and the money I paid him. I'm surprised he's still practicing.

I never actually got a chance to thank Frank for his help in a tennancy with a foreclosure situation. He was kind and treated us with respect as well as got the job done. I never thought I would make it through, but Frank carried the burden and handled the paperwork for us. WE got out on time and rec...ieved our walking money.

Just when you think the world is against you and problems pour in like the rain; from being diagnosed with a dibilitating medical problem to losing my job and having landed with up with not one, but two very bad landlords! One a slum lord and one an out right fraudulent landlord. I was told of a Lawy...er that fought for, and even got made into law for, tenants rights. He really does care when it comes to the Rights that alot of tenants don't realize that they have. I have been very fortunate to have Mr.Wall represent me on more than one occaision and not just thru the courts. He has also made phone calls and sent letters on my behalf to avoid having to go into court over some matters.
