One of the most upstanding and honorable human beings I have ever met. Frank cares about people. I have never come across an attorney who is so little concerned for himself, and so caring about others. Just when you think the world is against you and problems pour in like the rain; from being diagnosed with a dibilitating medical problem to losing my job and having landed with up with not one, but two very bad landlords! One a slum lord and one an out right fraudulent landlord. I was told of a Lawy...er that fought for, and even got made into law for, tenants rights. He really does care when it comes to the Rights that alot of tenants don't realize that they have. I have been very fortunate to have Mr.Wall represent me on more than one occaision and not just thru the courts. He has also made phone calls and sent letters on my behalf to avoid having to go into court over some matters.
