When I first meet a client, he or she is often coming to me at the most vulnerable time in their lives. The client may be overwhelmed, worried, angry, stressed, and unsure of what the future will bring. The part of my practice I enjoy the best is watching that client change throughout the process; sometimes so much so that the person I first meet is hardly recognizable when compared to the person sitting across from me at the end of their case. I like knowing that the person who leaves my office was better off because I was involved.
Whether in court or in settlement, I will be the most prepared person in the room, which means not only involving the right people, such as CPA’s, financial advisors, business evaluators or psychologists; it also means having the tough conversations with my clients. I will always be honest with my client, even if what I’m saying is not what the client wants to hear. My goal is to settle every case that comes through the door because in my experience, clients and families typically have better outcomes when a settlement can be reached. However, I am not afraid to go to court when necessary and I have litigated several complex family law cases, which my adversaries know about me.

Paige A. De Muniz
In my experience, going through a divorce and parenting time disputes, is not an easy process and full of difficulties and high stress. The legal guidance I received through Four Point Legal and specifically Paige De Muniz was essential and stands out from others. Paige consistently provided a sup...

Estate Planning
When we took our ideas regarding estate planning to John, he did a marvelous job of adapting our desires into legal documents that accomplish our goals. In short, he listened. When we hit a difficult issue, he had a simple solution that solved the problem. Well done, thank you John.

Very Compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable
I first met Paige when I was deciding what to do about my marriage, she was very compassionate about the situation and I felt very informed. I did not reach out to her again for 6 months, she remembered me and jumped right in. She was thoughtful, organized and very detailed oriented. She was not afra...
"Paige is an extremely skilled and ethical lawyer. I have referred clients to her in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Paige without reservation."
"The Oregon State Bar has it all wrong on their disciplinary action. I am a former President of the OSB and note that the head of the Discipline posse is no longer in his position. Paige got a raw deal and has the highest of ethics. I send my clients to Paige because she is simply the best young family lawyer in the state. Many of my trial lawyer friends feel the same way. We continue to refer to Paige enthusiastically. Anyone with questions may contact me for more information."

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2014.
Suspension - Disciplinary issued in OR, 2014
updated on 11/26/2014This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
“Suspension expired. This matter involved no court, no client and no legal proceeding. It was a purely private matter regarding a private parking fee notice. The stipulation reflects that Paige made a good faith effort to rectify the misconduct by voluntarily paying the parking fee notice a month before bar involvement and the conduct was mitigated by absence of prior discipline and Paige’s good character and reputation.”
