Biography
The practice of law is a profound privilege. In this vocation, I am granted the opportunity to live up to the trust placed in my care by clients who are in need. It is my solemn duty to uphold the oath I took and prosecute my clients' interests with truth and honor.
In 2004, I graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, having earned Book Awards in Contract Law and Trademark Law. I am a member of the State Bars of Minnesota and Florida. I have been admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Minnesota and the Southern Florida, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).

persoanable yet very professional
Mr Rodriguez was quick to answer any questions we had. Calls were returned in a timely fashion.
