For more than 40 years, I have had an extremely active civil trial practice, including several hundred jury trials. At present, my practice is divided almost equally into three areas — employment litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and general personal injury litigation.
In addition to practicing law in Oregon, I am routinely admitted pro hac vice in Washington, California, Idaho, and Colorado.
