About Lisa
Biography
Divorce and/or child custody conflicts with your spouse or partner will be one of the more stressful experiences of your life. As your attorney, I will listen carefully to your concerns, and offer you practical and compassionate advise. I will work diligently to settle your case without subjecting you to needless litigation. However, if litigation becomes necessary, I will be your formidable courtroom advocate and ensure that you will not be bullied or taken advantage of by the other side. My philosophy is always to be honest and direct with my clients regarding the law and their options, and then finda way to achieve my clients' goals within the boundaries of the law. In addition to my regular legal work, I do volunteer work advocating for low-income children in divorce and custody matters, ensuring that their needs are paramount in any court-ordered custody and parenting plans. Early in my legal career, I worked as a prosecutor in Clark County, Washington. I have also worked as a volunteer mediator in Multnomah County Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant Courts.
