Amazing Immigration Lawyer.

dont hire
I was a client of attorney for one year and my case got denied twice for not enough evidence and I totally wasted my time and more then $10000 with her. Poor quality not enough Expirence doing hardship cases. She didn't refund nothing
Thank you for your feedback. As I always tell each and every one of my new clients during my initial consultation, I cannot guarantee the results of the USCIS adjudication, but will do everything that I can to zealously represent your interests before USCIS. I do not control the decision that USCIS ultimately reaches on a I-601A provisional waiver, or any other case. I also cannot control the supporting documents that my clients are able to provide. Based on the documents that you were able to provide, USCIS felt that your personal circumstances did not rise to the level of extreme hardship to your U.S. citizen spouse or child. I always give my clients an opportunity to re-file their case, if the personal circumstances happen to change, or appeal the USCIS decision. To further note, I believe you are misquoting my legal fees, and that I find very unfortunate, as well as the fact that, given that immigration attorneys cannot guarantee a specific result as the final decision rests with USCIS, the time that we spend working on your case is not refundable, as it was clearly spelled out in the engagement agreement that you signed with my office. For the past 10 years, I have worked with clients from over 70 countries around the world, and have been successful in bringing families together, securing immigration status in asylum and difficult waiver cases. With that being said, USCIS is responsible for making a determination in an applicant's case, and unfortunately, with the documents that you were able to provide, they felt your case did not rise to the level of extreme hardship. And it appears, that you have not been able to secure an approval even with the refiling. Some cases unfortunately are not as strong as some others. I wish you the best of luck in finding the right immigration counsel that better fits your personal needs.
