My wife and I worked with Irina and her team for close to two and a half years on a K1 visa application, through to an adjustment of status and Green Card application. It was a long journey, however, the team and Irina were honest, and helped us with our patience as we navigated the crazy wait times ...post 2020. We are incredibly grateful for the advice and guidance the team provided, and wouldn’t be where we are without them. I would recommend them thoroughly and will be calling when the Green Card is due for renewal!

I do not recommend The Batrakova Law Office as they cost me quite a significant amount of money and time due to inexperienced legal advice on their part. I advise you to hire an alternative lawyer. The Batrakova Law Office made the following 6 errors during my K1 Fiancé Visa Process. 1) The Batrak...ova Law Office incorrectly advised us that we needed to upload all of our legal documents into an online portal. This was incorrect. As a result, I wasted 6+ hours looking through 2+ years of emails to find this “fictious portal” that did not even exist. The Batrakova Law Office made an error and cost me my valuable time. 2) The Batrakova Law Office failed to inform my fiancé and I that we needed to have an up to date Covid vaccine as part of the K1 Fiancé Visa process. There are no covid vaccines where we live. As a result, we had to travel 8 hours by bus to the nearest city to try to find a Covid vaccine. Again, inadequate, and inexperienced guidance by The Batrakova Law Office cost us our time and sanity. 3) The Batrakova Law Office failed to inform us that we would be drug tested as part of the K1 Fiancé visa process. Again, failing to provide us with adequate guidance through this process. 4) The Batrakova Law Office incorrectly advised me on the naturalization timeline for the United States. I had to research this topic on my own and then had to correct the lawyer on her own poor advice and mistake. 5) The Batrakova Law Office incorrectly told us that it was not possible to schedule the K1 Fiancé interview in an alternative location. We had originally scheduled the interview in Argentina and missed the opportunity to relocate the interview to our new home in Mexico. The poor legal advice provided by the The Batrakova Law Office resulted in several thousand dollars in additional travel costs to Argentina. The U.S Embassy in Argentina was reportedly shocked that we had an appointment there. 6) The worst part of all of this is that the The Batrakova Law Office failed to acknowledge or admit their past mistakes. And you’ll most likely notice a “standardized reply” to this complaint in which again she fails to acknowledge errors. It’s a poorly run business and a poorly run law office.

I cannot say enough of great things about Irina and her team office work. We had one of the most hardest immigration cases and Irina did a great job and we got approval of the waiver. She answers emails and phone calls professional and immediately. We just so happy that we had Irina , as our immigr...ation lawyer, because she done amazing job. Thank you so much !!!! We would without a doubt recommend Irina Batrakova law office for everyone!!!
