Elizabeth Elkington

As a law student at Willamette University College of Law, Elizabeth worked on proposed legislation for the Oregon Legislature, amicus briefs regarding labor law, arbitration, and contract disputes as a clerk for SEIU local 503 in Salem. Upon graduation and admittance to the Oregon State Bar, Elizbeth was a judicial law clerk in Multnomah County where she gained experience in many litigation practices across various areas of law, which ultimately led her to extensive knowledge and research in juvenile delinquency, juvenile dependency, and family law cases. Over the last 6 years of her legal career, Elizabeth has focused on issues related to domestic violence and child abuse cases and dissolution matters involving complex financial issues.
