Farm lease assistance

We were approached by a neighbor with an interest in leasing our pasture for a recreational cannabis farm operation (now legal in Oregon). Given the potential contract, land use and legal issues with such an arrangement we contacted Fritz. He reviewed the lease agreement offered by the proposed ten...ant, provided advice to us about this and provided recommended revisions. He did a thorough and timely job and offered excellent advice. All his revisions to the lease were accepted by the proposed tenant and incorporated into the lease. He also provided a brief letter covering all the potential legal implications for us. This put things in perspective in an objective and non-alarmist manner and helped us make a final decision. I felt much more comfortable and confident in moving forward. Well done!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
