He took the time to understand my situation and offer advice without charging me an arm and a leg. My previous experience with getting legal help was from a big law firm that ended-up char...ging me for every little thing. They didn't care about me and couldn't be bothered to explain anything without charging me extra. So it was shocking to me to find an attorney that didn't try to nickel and dime me for every little thing.
