Great advocate
Scarlett helped me obtain an immediate danger order against my ex and I was very impressed by her performance at the hearing. She’s aggressive but also tries to have a good rapport with the judge and other attorney which took the stress level of the experience down a notch.

worst attorney I've ever worked with
I had a very, very bad experience with Scarlett. She's unresponsive and does not take her cases seriously. Luckily I had the foresight to fire her and obtain a new attorney for my divorce.

Replied last November 22, 2022This is not a review from a client but rather a woman who has been stalking the attorney for years and has posted false and fraudulent reviews on multiple sites which were removed by those respective sites. This woman has been convicted of fraud in PA and has a history of harassment.

Good outcome
I had no complaints about Scarlett's representation- she answered all of my questions, I had no problem getting in touch with her and she performed well at my court hearing for parenting time. Would work with her again if more custody issues come up.

Not knowledgable, not responsive
At first I was feeling confident when I hired Scarlett to assist with my divorce. She seemed knowledgeable and promised great results. ABSENT and NO ACTION
Scarlett was hired and promised great results. She, however, never did and disappeared for days and weeks at a time, failed to return calls and gave a variety of excuses that rival the banal "my dog ate my homework". She did zero work on my case.
