Phenominal and Exceptional... She's a force to be reckoned with

Sarah is both professional and knowledgeable. We hired her in a high conflict custody case that had many layers to it. She immediately brought hope to us which we had lacked for quite a while. We did run into a couple of obstacles in the beginning of the case, however, Sarah was vigilant and aggress...ive in her efforts to prevail. She was very strategic moving forward and appeared to have kept 3 steps ahead in planning for any other potential challenges throughout the rest of the case. I can not express enough the gratitude we have for Sarah and her commitment on this case, she is by no means a 9 to 5 lawyer. She worked relentlessly in early mornings and late evenings via email. She was very thorough in explaining situations and steps she was taking. She was conscientious of the financial aspect of matters as well. Sarah brought us the results that we sought. To sum it all up... Sarah's a force to be reckoned with... We would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking top notch legal representation Money well spent

On short notice Sarah was excellent help

Sarah Silberger was able to work with me in a family matter dispute that needed immediate attention. Within five days that I was summoned to go to court in Skamania county, Washington (I live in OR) I was fortunate to have Sarah successfully defend me in such short notice. The lawyer that had been or...iginally helping me in this matter could not since he was not license in Washington, so with only five days’ notice my lawyer highly recommended Sarah Silberger to represent me. I left a message asking for her representation in court and the next day Sarah reached out to me and we set up a meeting the following day with only three days till the trail. The next day we did our best to prepared for the trail on short notice. We made a strong case and successfully won the trail in Washington. I cannot imagine what my situation would have looked like without the help of Sarah. Sarah is thorough, considerate, and worked great under pressure. I would highly recommend Sarah to anybody and I feel extremely fortunate to have had Sarah represent me in this matter.

Complicated custody case

I consulted with three other lawyers before meeting Sarah and hiring her to represent me in a custody revision. Sarah took a totally different approach to my complicated and urgent situation than the other attorneys I consulted with, and I'm happy to say that her approach was successful. We ended u...p settling outside of court (something I never would have thought possible- given the contentious relationship with my ex, and the fact that we were already in the family court system). Sarah helped guide me through negotiations, and eventually we were able to solidify an agreement which returned sole legal custody to me, and changed the parenting time schedule to one that my child is much happier with. Sarah was knowledgable, professional, and I also really appreciate how available she is to her clients. She always responded to my calls and emails promptly, and being able to communicate with her via text was very convenient. While I hope to have a break from legal matters, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sarah again should I need legal help.

Huge help

I hired Sarah after my child's father and I could not come to an agreement over child support and parenting time. The fight was ugly, and in many ways we were at a big disadvantage. Throughout the whole ordeal Sarah was responsive, kind, supportive and very knowledgeable. She believed in me when I di...dn't believe in myself, and helped me get everything I asked for in our settlement. I'm very thankful for her work and her support though one of the most challenging times of my life.

A Great Blessing to my family

I was very fortunate to have been referred to Ms. Silberger through some friends at church, and was truly blessed with the gift of her services. She has a great reputation in the community for very successful cases. First off, Sarah was able to work with my financial challenges as an unemployed sin...gle mother of two small children, providing a sliding scale fee and even allowing me to make payments. Next off, she was extremely accessible, and always got back to me through phone or email contact within minutes or just a couple of hours. She also carefully explained how she charges her clients, and gave me the options of how I wanted to communicate with her that would best suit my needs and income, and offered to do most of our paperwork and communication via text, email, and mostly paperless--which saved me a great deal of money. But the best thing I can say about Sarah Silberger, is that she is very good at her job as an attorney, in both her ability to understand the legal system, her client's rights, and also the ethics behind her profession. There were times when she gave me pragmatic and grounded advice that aided to my being my high, better self during the very painful process of child custody--a decision that affects many people and cannot be taken lightly. She cares about EVERY person involved and looks at a case from a judges perspective, as well as the client's, and the entire family, and so I always felt good about what we were doing. Custody cases can be so stressful, but when you are dealing with mature people who want the best for everyone, it can be an inspiring journey and even celebration. She was able to set up a mediation plan for me and my party, and we were able to finally come to an agreement that allowed me to move across the country to pursue my career--a custody action that is extremely difficult to pull of. But she did it beautifully, carefully, and economically, always conscientious. I appreciated her politeness in court with the opposing attorney and parties, and do not believe I could have been blessed with a better match.
