Construction and development of major sporting venues: Rose Garden and Rose Quarter projects; Qwest Field (Seahawks Stadium), American Airlines Arena (Miami Heat); Mirabella CCRC project; numerous New Season Markets, New Columbia and various apartment complexes

Provide assistance to banking clients on special lending transactions in Oregon, Washington and California, including low income housing projects, and governmental projects including regional airports

Provide land use and zoning assistance to developer clients including Mirabella project in South Waterfront, Rose Garden project, various retail and commercial projects throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho
