Justin M. Thorp

I joined Bodyfelt Mount as Of Counsel in 2011, returning to the practice of law after having been a commercial law lecturer with RMIT International University, Vietnam.  Previously, I was a partner with the firm of Martin, Bischoff, Templeton, Langslet & Hoffman, LLP.  My practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, product liability and insurance defense, and appellate practice in Oregon and Washington. I have handled several free speech cases as a volunteer attorney for the ACLU of Oregon, and am a former board member of the U.S. District Court of Oregon Historical Society.  I have spoken at several CLE seminars on insurance coverage and insurance defense topics.  In 2012, I was selected to the Oregon Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars, an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of the state's attorneys.
