Jamison R. McCune

Jamison McCune is a personal injury attorney at Bridge City Law, representing individuals and families in Portland and throughout Oregon and Washington. He focuses on helping people navigate the legal process after serious injuries, providing steady guidance and strong advocacy during a difficult time.

Before joining Bridge City Law, Jamison spent nearly a decade representing insurance companies at a respected regional firm, where he became a partner. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how insurers evaluate, negotiate, and defend personal injury claims. He now uses that insight to advocate for injured individuals, helping clients pursue fair compensation and avoid common insurance tactics.

Jamison works closely with clients from the start of each case, helping them understand their options and connect with appropriate medical care. He knows that personal injury cases can feel overwhelming, especially when clients are dealing with recovery and financial stress. He prioritizes clear, proactive communication so clients always know where their case stands and what to expect next.

His experience includes a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, and dog bite injuries. He has represented clients across Oregon and Washington in both settlement negotiations and litigation.

A lifelong Oregonian, Jamison was born and raised in Portland. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Oregon and began his legal career clerking for a judge in Eugene.

Jamison is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington State Association for Justice.
