Emily was phenomenal. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward. No-nonsense and no BS. She listened to our concerns and was compassionate without being a push-over at all. She helped us navigate one of the toughest periods of our lives (discrimination and illegal termination of our... rental agreement with a landlord trying to move in new tenants while we were still occupying the home...) and provided a sense of security and safety during a time full of uncertainty and fear.
