Bridget D Lynn

Bridget Lynn is a business attorney and a member of the Business Team at Dunn Carney. Her practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters including entity formation, corporate governance and finance, mergers and acquisitions, employment, and contract drafting and negotiation. Her experience includes assisting real estate developers buying buildings or property, helping health care professionals expand their practice, working with manufacturers as they add products to their product line and counseling human resource professionals with employment law matters. She enjoys working with clients in a variety of industries including hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, real property development, health care, technology, and forest products. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Bridget was a manager in the restaurant business for four years. Her experience allows her to provide her clients with practical advice that is easy to understand and apply.

In her spare time, Bridget enjoys going to concerts, traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
