Alex focuses his practice on family law. Alex completed his undergraduate studies at Hampshire College, and received his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School. While in law school, Alex concentrated his studies on family law and worked at Portland State Student Legal Services representing clients in a broad range of civil matters. After law school, Alex clerked for several judges at the Multnomah County Court. Alex is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Gay Lesbian Law Association, Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, and Multnomah Bar Association. Alex represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorces, custody, domestic partnerships, custody modifications, restraining orders, and simple wills, as well as legal issues facing the LGBTQ community.
In his free time Alex enjoys climbing, skiing, cycling and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
