Job Well Done!

Mr. Sola represented me on cases against the three reporting agencies. He was reachable during the process, was truthful about the time frames involved to resolve the issues, was accurate about what I could expect, and all of them were settled in my favor. I would recommend him if you have similar pr...oblems such as mixed credit history.

Fighting for the Little Guy

I spent years dealing with the CRA's trying to correct misinformation and what turned out to be multiple mixed files in my name. When I was denied approval for a condo I was looking at purchasing it was the last straw. I did an internet search and found nothing but good things and records of successf...ul cases with Mr. Sola. I also had contacted another lawyer locally who, when I told him I was meeting with Mr. Sola, he had only positive things to say and said I "would be in good hands". I took five years worth of documents and paper trails down to his office and from the start he was understanding, knowledgeable and supportive. He never made false promises and was honest about the likely outcome of my case. He also listened to my excessive questions and concerns without ever making me feel like my knowledge was inadequate. Long story short, he was on my team all the way and got the CRA's to actually listen for the first time in years and so far the results have stuck. If I ever have another problem with them, or if anyone I know has one similar, Robert will be my first phone call right out of the gate.

Holding CRA's Accountable

In 1999 I became aware that I was a victim of identity theft. After jumping through all the required hoops for five years, a bank and two of the credit bureaus refused to remove the incorrect information associated with my name and credit report. I knew I needed help. I learned of Robert Sola through... a newspaper article and contacted him for counsel. He was able to speak with me right away. He was sensitive to my frustration and helped me to understand the process as we moved forward on the case. I found him to be very knowledgeable, timely and honest. Our communications were long distance, so I appreciated his availability when I had questions. A few years after winning that case I called Robert again when the credit bureaus put the false information back on my credit reports. Once again he showed his professionalism at its best and we won the second round. I highly recommend Robert Sola as someone who is reliable, trustworthy and who will work hard on your behalf.

Getting CRAs to report correct info

My credit reports were damaged by identity theft and despite many efforts, I was not able to get the information corrected on my own. I read about Robert Sola's success in the local newspaper--how fortunate, because I believe he is the best. Robert Sola ended up handling a total of 7 cases for me. ... At times, this had to be done long distance/internationally due to the nature of my work. Never did I feel that I was unable to contact Robert during that time, nor did I ever feel out of the loop. Robert has great knowledge in his field, he is a very practical in his suggestions--as a result I always felt properly counseled. We also were able to settle each case in a timely manner and without much fuss or difficulty. I highly recommend Robert Sola.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Robert Sola is a nationally recognized go to attorney for mixed file or id theft cases out of Portland. I am an experienced consumer rights attorney out of the Metro Atlanta area and have sought him out to assist in a case in which I have a client that has been financially and emotionally damaged as a result of his credit file being merged for a number of years with another person with a similar name and social. He would be an excellent call by both a victim or another attorney with a client that has a problem with a mixed credit file either for advice or as co-counsel."
