As an attorney for the past 7 years, I pride myself on empowering my clients by helping them understand the legal system and by looking for creative solutions to legal issues. I became an attorney to give a legal voice to people who may not otherwise have an avenue to vindicate a legal wrong. Hollander Lebenbaum & Gannicott is the perfect place for me to effectuate positive change in the lives of my clients, and, by extension, increase access to justice for all Oregonians.
I began working for Hollander, Lebenbaum & Gannicott in 2007, and became a partner in 2019. My practice focuses primarily on workplace injuries. I also represent clients in automobile accidents, personal injuries, wage claims and professional malpractice. I am proficient in Spanish and represent many non-English speaking clients.
I have deep roots in Oregon, my great-grandparents having settled in Eagle Creek, Oregon as pioneers who traveled the Oregon Trail. I live in SW Portland with my husband and our cats.
I graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark, cum laude, in 2010. I attended Lewis and Clark College as an undergraduate, graduating in 2005 with a BA in History and Communication, summa cum laude, and a minor in Latin American Studies. I received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award, 2014-2019, and the 2015 Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award. I am admitted to all courts in Oregon and routinely represent clients in state court, federal court, and before the Workers’ Compensation Board.
I believe in being engaged in the legal community. I am an active member of the:
Oregon State Bar
Multnomah Bar Association
Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Rising Star Guardian of Social Justice

Consultation
Ms. Patrick provided valuable information to my son with respect to pursuing a WC claim. He intends to work more closely with her once the paperwork is completed. Additionally, she provided referrals to employment attorneys.
