All Hype, No Substance
I had a complex divorce, which included a business. I wanted to hire Jody Stahancyk because I heard she was the best. Even though I was clear I wanted Jody to represent me, she had Brad Miller in on the meeting. The consult fee was extremely high, but I thought it would be worth it because of Ms. ...

Took me in like family
From the moment I met Jody, she took me in like family. Her and her team gave me the greatest treatment I could have ever imagined and got the greatest victory in court I could have ever hoped for. By far the most professional group of people I've ever dealt with from any industry. Don't sign up with...

A life-altering experience
Sequoias in Yosemite. Exceeding 100 mph on a deserted nighttime highway. Children. Those leather pants I bought in the 90s. All of these are life-altering experiences. I did not ever think I would add “meeting an attorney” to this list. But that was before I started working with Jody Stahancyk. M...

Creative, constructive, and collaborative.
Jody Stahancyk helped mediate a settlement in an environment that could have easily turned contentious. Instead, she listened, gathered evidence and helped both parties reach a mutually agreed upon outcome. I was informed at every step of the process, including the weeks after the settlement, when he...

Highly Recommended
In effort to save money, my original plan was to go through my uncontested divorce without an attorney’s assistance. However, even the best situations can get sticky when emotions and finances are involved. Jody Stahancyk and her staff worked out a financial plan that gave consideration to my budget....
"I endorse this lawyer. I had the pleasure of learning from this Oregon powerhouse. Our firm routinely refers our Portland cases to Ms. Stahancyk and our Bend cases to her firm colleagues."
