I had a complex divorce, which included a business. I wanted to hire Jody Stahancyk because I heard she was the best. Even though I was clear I wanted Jody to represent me, she had Brad Miller in on the meeting. The consult fee was extremely high, but I thought it would be worth it because of Ms. ...Stahancyk's reputation. I was wrong. She talked mostly about herself, served up platitudes and nonsensical sayings, and was of little help. Despite this, I hired on the Stahancyk firm and was assured Ms. Stahancyk would be personally involved in my case. I never spoke with her again, despite having her bill for reviewing my file. Brad Miller handled my case, and Brad is worth every penny! Brad did an excellent job and I got a good result. Ms. Stahancyk, however, was a complete waste of money and I feel like there was a bait and switch. Don't get me wrong, I would hire Brad Miller again in a heartbeat, but Jody Stahancyk added thousands of dollars to my case and added nothing. Lesson learned - Don't hire Jody Stahancyk. Hire Brad Miller.
