Walt handled an easement dispute for my wife and me. We found him to be very nice to work with. He listened to our concerns and idea, gave good feedback and helped negotiate a settlement that was responsible for all. Walt is not one that will look for a fight - he looks for a solution and work to avoid the courtroom. In addition to his 'lawyering' skills I was very happy with Walts' communicativeness - his willingness to meet and discuss and to take and return telephone calls promptly. He was very easy to work with.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. Walt is well known in the community as the "go-to" lawyer for several types of issues, particularly those related to business and real estate. He is very smart, yet friendly and easy to work with.
