Not responsive and does not prepare!

I wish there was an option for no stars. One star sounds like she kind of did her job and she definitely did not so, she doesn't deserve even one star. I feel we could have won our case if Jill even attempted to do her job. She had over a year to prepare for the hearing (because of COVID our heari...ng was postponed) and she waited until THE DAY BEFORE the hearing to reach out to us. She did not prepare well and she absolutely failed to prepare us. She often took weeks to get back to our questions and concerns and sometimes did not respond at all; her paralegal is rude and not helpful. i have never been so disappointed and felt more defeated then I do right now. If you think you have a decent chance of winning your case do NOT hire Jill Fox.
