Mr. Goodfellow was admitted in 2003 to practice law in Oregon State Courts and in 2008 in the United States District Court of Oregon. He has almost ten years of service as a Judge in various Oregon courts. His judicial experience includes, McMinnville Municipal Court Judge Pro Tempore (2006-October, 2008); Carlton Municipal Court Judge Pro Tempore (April, 2007-October, 2008); and Circuit Court Judge Pro Tempore (October, 2008-2016). He was selected as a SuperLawyer Rising Star an unprecedented five straight years (2010-2015). This award goes to only the top 2.5 percent of Oregon lawyers as selected by his peers. He has been featured on Good Morning America, ABC World News Tonight, Inside Edition, The Washington Post and New York Times, among others.
Mr. Goodfellow, the law firm’s managing partner, has recovered millions of dollars for individuals and businesses that have suffered injuries as a result of medical and professional malpractice, car accidents, sexual assaults, discrimination, automobile accidents and many other types of negligence. He has also represented hundreds of people going through the challenges that come with divorce, custody disputes, child support and spousal support modifications and all family law related issues.
In his spare time, Mr. Goodfellow enjoys ultra-distance races. He has completed more than 40 triathlons, including 5 Ironman distance triathlons, consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a marathon (26.2 miles). He coached junior baseball, football and basketball for many years. He lived in Japan as a volunteer for two years and speaks fluent Japanese. He loves to travel and has visited more than 25 countries. Above all, he loves spending time with his family, including his three children.

Knows how to lie, which would be admirable for an attorney except he lies to keep you desperate & continues billing you for fabricated hours on the phone. Paid almost 2k for ultimately false promises and empty hopes. Charged another 3k for services that were never rendered. Awful.
