You have to reach out to attorneys, and many will be willing to help, but attorneys are prohibited from contacting you to solicit your business....

They could just take the word of the customer if they want, there are no rules of evidence in private employment.

This is not exactly a legal question. A police report is largely a public record, and almost anyone can request one (and eventually obtain it)....
