Check His Bar History for Suspension and Reprimand

July 1, 1998 - 60 day disciplinary suspension. From the ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE: "The aforesaid conduct of the Accused constituted conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice; knowingly concealing or ...failing to disclose that which he was required by law to reveal; knowingly using perjured testimony or false evidence; and counseling or assisting a client in conduct he knew to be illegal or fraudulent" February 27, 2012 - Reprimand. From the ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISCIPLINE: "The Accused violated a duty he owed to (redacted) children to avoid conflicts of interest. Standards § 4.3." "The Accused acted negligently." "Because of the undisclosed conflict of interest, (redacted) did not understand or consent to the Accused’s divided loyalty. There was the potential for (redacted) to sustain injury when the Accused later undertook to represent (redacted) children." "Aggravating circumstances include: 1. Prior disciplinary offenses. In 1998, the Accused was suspended for 60 days for violating DR 1-102(A)(3), DR 1-102(A)(4), DR 7-102(A)(3), DR 7-102(A)(4), and DR 7-102(A)(7). In re Gerttula, 12 DB Rptr 105 (1998). Standards § 9.22(a). 2. Multiple offenses. Standards § 9.22(b)."
