Steven Sommers was wonderful to work with. He took the time to hear out what I wanted and went from there. After meeting with Mr. Sommers the first time I received a phone call from him 30 minuets after leaving his office. He was already making progress on my case. I had a very interesting divorce si...tuation with a mentally unhealthy woman. She pulled a false restraining order on me to get me out of our house so she could move her new boyfriend in. Furthermore, she stated I will not get any equity from the house or any of my belongings. I wanted to avoid court and Mr. Summers was very helpful in making that happen. My ex went through 3 lawyers fighting us outside of court. Eventually We setteled with her dropping the restraining order, returning my personal property (including cats) and paying me out 1/2 the equity that we had in the house. Mr. Summers is a very fair, honest, and good person. He did not nickel and dime me with rediculois fees. All conversations were to the point to not waste any time or money. After everything was settled he refunded me my retainer. He did not even take any fee for processing!
