I found Shelly to be professional and well educated. Her advice helped me avoid the whole court process. This saved me thousands of dollars in fees to her and the court. She helped me negotiate an agreement that was much better than I had hoped, and actually allowed me to accept the end result with a... cense of relief. I was given sole custody of the Child as well as the Marital home. During the divorce process she provided me a great support, advice and expertise one can ever get during the difficult times and kept me informed and updated as and when needed. After 2 long days of trial at the court and hours of telephone and email conferences with her I was billed very reasonably. Shelly represented me for a domestic dispute with my children's mom over parenting visiting rights that their mother was withholding from me. Shelly did a fantastic job in presenting my case. Making sure she got my case in front of a Judge who she felt would best serve in judging the dispute. She w...on every facet of the case on my behalf, including a judgement for my legal fees to be reimbursed by the opposing party. I can not be more thankful to Shelly for her representation and I would strongly recommend her to any parent, particularly dads that have similar issues that they don't not know how to deal with.

I had Ms. Perkins for my divorce case. She comes across as a tough and knowledgeable attorney. But in reality she is a good sales person. When it came to handling my case, she has done some very serious mistakes that ultimately cost me a lot more money and I lost on those issues. I had to fire Ms. P...erkins after a few months of working with her and that was a smart decision I have made. If I were looking for a divorce attorney now, I would keep looking. If you don't want costly mistakes made in your case, keep looking for a different attorney.
