Shelly is a great divorce attorney. She came highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. She was great to work with. She's available when you need her but doesn't waste your time and money when you don't need her. My ex tried all kinds of antics during the divorce and she overcame ever...y single one by working the legal system in a strategic and honorable way, never sinking to the dirty antics she was fighting against. She was a far superior lawyer in court, knowing when to push, when to ask more questions and knowing when the best thing is to let things lie. She gave good advice on the types of documents to present in court, how to present them, and the actions and behaviors that can win a judges favor. With her help, the judge awarded nearly everything I asked for. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome.

I hired Shelly in the middle of my case. She immediately stepped in decisively and handled everything in a way that gave me the results I wanted. She knew exactly what I should do and when. Ms. Perkins was hired, performed less than three months of work - mainly through her associate Adrienne, who was excellent - and then quit abruptly less than a month before the trial. She did not understand or advance my case at all. In fact, she undermined it. Do not hire this attorney if you ar...e involved in a high conflict case. This attorney can not understand or handle aggressivley unethical opposition. Waste of time, money, energy, all to end up far worse off had I not hired her. Avoid.

Shelly Perkins went above and beyond to represent me in my custody case.
