So my wife was cheating on me for several years. I finally told her to stop or get out. A few days later she was gone and I received a false restraining order the very next day. Knowing that everything in the RO was a lie I decided to fight it on my own but it didn’t work out because I had no a...ttorney. I fought to see my 2 boys but did not make much progress. After a few months I started consulting attorneys and went to talk to one. I was told I was dreaming, and she would not take my money and good luck. Shelly represented me as my Legal Council during my 2015 divorce and child custody case. My X-husband moved out in May, 2015 and had been pressuring me for a divorce. He called me on a Wednesday to tell me that he had retained an attorney and would be having me served with the papers. He wanted to... give me a "heads up as I just started a new job." I called a friend who referred me to Shelly. Shelly agreed to see me the next day, Thursday. She had all the papers drawn up and was prepared to serve HIM on Friday. I chose to wait until Sunday in order to avoid serving him at work. Her team got the papers served on Sunday morning. My X-husband terminated his relationship with his attorney.
