Biography
I was born in Boston, Massachusetts but have resided in Oregon since 1970. My wife Julie and I have been married since 2002 and have four children. Ben, Kaitlyn, Audrey, and Andrew.
I received my undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and my Doctorate of Juris, “law degree” from the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College. I started my professional career with the Intermountain Public Defenders Office in 2002 and opened my own practice in 2003 and have practiced as a solo practitioner ever since.
I am an active member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar, United States District Court for the State of Oregon, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Immigration Courts, as well as the Multnomah County Bar Association, and the Clackamas County Bar Association. I have represented clients in 18 of the 36 counties in Oregon plus Federal court.
