Linda K Gouge

I hired Linda Gouge for my divorce, it has been an on going battle for over a year now. Linda did not do anything she was asked to do. She is extremely unorganized, she forgets what you tell her, she never took the time to gain the knowledge needed to for the case. She went into every hearing unprepa...red and she made me represent myself during our settlement hearing. She also let my soon to be ex, and his lawyer get away with not providing a discovery hearing. She should have filed them in contempt but didnt. She even admitted she should have. Ultimately, it was a ton of wasted time and money because now I am forced to find a new laywer that will actually do their job and fight for me. I advise anyone thinking about hiring her to NOT DO IT.
