I was in a unfamiliar and tough period in my life and facing some scary things. I didn't know Shannon before, yet I felt that I could trust her. After she started representing me on a criminal matter, she was there by my side with no judgment. She fought for me and did an amazing job representing ...me. Later on, I asked her for help on another matter. She did way more than I expected. I've dealt with a lot of different attorneys over my years. Best way I can share is this: From my experience, Shannon has the heart of a mother bear and the knowledge and willingness to fight for her client. She is honest, hardworking, and is one of the few that still cares. She is my first call, without question.

We hired Shannon on 2 separate occasions. One legal and one personal. In both situations, Shannon was always available and quick to respond to questions and concerns. For our personal situation, she walked us through the process and made it so much easier. During the legal situation, she was proa...ctive and provided us with information as to what to expect and what we could hope for. She was always there for us and had our back. I would recommend her to anyone!

I would definitely not recommend Shannon as an attorney. Her lack of attention to detail cost me thousands of dollars. I feel her lack of professionalism in the courtroom also added to my losses. As a self-employed person, my time is valuable. She no-showed me for multiple appointments at her off...ice, showing a total disrespect for my time. I would offer an old saying; "you get what you pay for." Her rates might seem reasonable but not worth the risk.
