Anytime I asked for an update, or had questions about my case, it was very difficult to reach Katie, it didn't matter if it was via email, or via phone. When she would finally get in contact with me she would always calm my fears or anxiety about the situation, and that ability can be attributed to ...her vast knowledge. Unfortunately the fact that a pretty simple case drug on for weeks and weeks and months because so much time would go by before I would receive a response that I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone for any reason.
