I contacted Mark Thesing online. He quickly returned my inquiry request. He wasted no time getting the information he needed from me to reopen my claim and negotiate for a larger settlement than originally offered by the Workman's Comp insurance company. He treated my daughter who has a valid claim like dirt!! He was rude and condescending and was late for his appointment and was trying to get her to do a fast settlement so he could get paid. As she was leaving he threw paperwork at her and said find someone else.. I won't help you!! Nice way to tr...eat a 19 year old looking for help. All he cared about was his own kids and his resume is a joke!! DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!

I have such great respect and appreciation to Mark Thesing. He represented my case before the Board in an appeal of acceptance for my back disc herniations. Mark immediately went to work and had my case fully evaluated and appealed my denial. He also checked in with me once a week and keep me abreas...t of my claim.
