Outstanding Employment and Labor Attorney!

It’s been a pleasure to work with Kathy for over 15 years. She has always been professional, prepared and available to successfully guide us through the every type of employment and labor issue. We have had very complex labor issues requiring difficult investigations and decisions. Kathy would do ...an outstanding job of leading the investigation process and conducting employee interviews to get to the facts. Under Kathy’s guidance, the outcomes of these issues exceeded our expectations with never a grievance or lawsuit to challenge them. Kathy is kind, respectful and compassionate when working with our employees and management. She does an exemplary job of representing the employer’s interests, but never loses sight that employees’ lives are affected by our decisions. She has great communication skills to help us understands our risks and rewards by taking certain actions. She has never failed to lead us in the right direction. Over the years, Kathy has developed a good and trusting relationship with our employees through her on-site training. Her training style engages our employees and keeps their attention focused on the topic. She has a wonderful sense of humor. Our employees look forward to Kathy’s presentations. They know they are going to learn something new, get a good refresher and have a few laughs! She provides her clients with outstanding legal advice and guidance every step of the way. Incomparable Skill & Service!
