I focus my practice on family law litigation, especially cases involving closely held businesses and high-net worth individuals, as well as complex custody cases. As a prior Director of Education for the American Society of Pension Actuaries and a Series 7 licensed securities broker, I have considerable business and financial expertise that is unusual among family law practitioners. My education includes post-graduate work at The Wharton School, focusing on employee benefits. I am a past Certified Employee Benefits Specialist through the ASPA, and a past licensed Life Insurance agent. I have also successfully litigated some of the most challenging and emotionally charged family law cases in the state, including international move-away cases, allegations of child abuse and parental alienation. I have appeared in Los Angeles and Atlanta, as well as throughout Oregon and southern Washington. My husband and I have fostered several children through both DHS and OYA, and we have adopted two children.

"Jaye Taylor is the Northwest's premier family law practitioner. Some attorneys specialize in trial work, or financial and organizational analysis, or settlement negotiation. As both an experienced courtroom litigator, and a business executive who has run her own pension company, Jaye gives her clients the complete package. Jaye raised her own son, who graduated from Harvard, as well as foster-children, and she approaches every client's custody and parenting issue with compassion and practical expertise. Jaye has guided countless clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives with professionalism, skill, and grace. Clients in Oregon and Washington who are facing complex personal and business problems cannot have a better advocate than Jaye Taylor."
