Dian Sharon Rubanoff

Dee graduated summa cum laude and as class valedictorian from Whittier Law School in 1991. After moving to Oregon, Dee worked for a law firm in downtown Portland for 10 years, practicing in the areas of litigation, appellate law and employment law. In 2001, Dee joined a firm that exclusively represented management in labor and employment law. Today, representing employers is more than just a career focus for Dee, it is a passion.

Dee became a founding partner of Peck, Rubanoff and Hatfield in 2013. She has a “preeminent” rating by her peers through Martindale Hubbell, and is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, the U.S. District Courts of Oregon and Western Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Dee’s past community activities include a 3-year appointment to the Oregon Board of Bar Examiners, and serving on the Board of Young Musicians and Artists. Since 2011, Dee has volunteered in the Career Center at Dress for Success, helping disadvantaged women find employment.
