Christopher Tingey puts on a great show, yet Tingey is involved with corruption running rampant at our HOA. Christopher is involved with gross negligence; allowing buildings to suffer significant physical damage so he can be involved with bigger construction rebuilding projects and make money from sk...imming and other things he does. This man is a monster behind that smiling little baby face. This monster is trying to penalize our family with thousands of dollars in bills that we didn't even want and he redacts everything we say and sends us redacted letters and says we have to pay thousands of dollars for having him read them even though we have to go through the attorney because we uncovered this crime going on at our HOA Billed every time we ask a question like about the flooding in our foundation that's been going on for 15 years and then he got mad when we actually did something about the flooding and stopped it .... ....because he wanted more damage to occur to the building plus he knew there was only one bid but he told the homeowners there were three beds for 3 years for a new roof what a liar!
