Allison Bizzano focuses her practice on guardianships, conservatorships, and will and trust disputes, representing clients in some of the most sensitive and complex matters in probate and protective proceedings. She advocates for families, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and vulnerable individuals in cases involving claims of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duties, accountings, and disputes among trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries.

In addition to her fiduciary litigation practice, Allison continues to handle real estate disputes and cases involving allegations of financial misconduct, including fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and interference with economic relations. Her ability to navigate both fiduciary and real estate conflicts allows her to address the full spectrum of issues that arise when families or business partners are in conflict over property, assets, or authority.

Allison is an experienced litigator who has appeared in state and federal courts across Oregon, Washington, and Massachusetts. Her time practicing in Massachusetts was particularly formative, giving her substantial experience in investigations of abuse and neglect and sharpening her trial skills in protective-proceeding settings.

While her current practice emphasizes contested fiduciary and probate matters, Allison’s earlier work in corporate, real estate, and business transactions strengthens her ability to address the financial and structural issues embedded in many disputes. She has negotiated and drafted a wide array of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional instruments, and previously represented national banking and business clients. This background allows her to bring a comprehensive, informed approach to cases involving complex assets, business interests, and real property.

Allison’s professional experience includes roles with Emerge Law Group and Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP in Portland, Morrison Mahoney LLP in Boston, and a creditors’ rights firm in the Pacific Northwest. She also co-founded Lotus Law Group in 2018, representing clients in the emerging cannabis industry. A former law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, she brings a strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements to every matter she handles.

She graduated cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School, where she served as a law review editor. As a real estate investor and small-business owner, Allison offers clients practical insight into the personal, financial, and operational issues underlying many disputes.
