I believe that false convictions occur more often than anyone will admit. Wrongful convictions are especially difficult when the charge is serious. One would think that the criminal justice system always treats the most serious allegations with the most fairness, but that is not the case. Those who are falsely charged can expect that the system will treat them most unfairly, and that the state will use all of its vast resources to obtain a conviction. I have made a personal commitment to use all my resources, experience and knowledge to make certain that no client of mine is ever falsely convicted, or otherwise treated unfairly by the criminal justice system
