Robert O'Neal Gower

I had the privilege of being represented by Robert Gower on a DUI case. He knows the court system and was very upfront with what he thought could and couldn't be done. He worked hard on my case even when I couldn't contact him and eventually had my case reduced to the lowest even when it was agains...t the odds. He was optimistic in his approach, easy to work with, and at an affordable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed.

I was facing a DUI charge that, Mr. Gower advised I had a good chance of winning if we went to trail. He was exactly right!! He did a great of job representing me and showing the evidence that proved my innocence. The jury returned a “ not guilty” verdict which was a huge relief for me considering t...he fines, probation, and mandatory jail time required by law for a DUI conviction. He is definitely the defense you want on your team and great guy overall!

Mr. Gower will fight for you and treat you like a friend at the same time, which is rare in defense cases. He understands that not all accused are criminals and sometimes are painted in an unfair picture. Being "Innocent until proven guilty" is something Robbie clearly believes in and won't make you... feel like a "bad guy" just because you might be in a bad situation. I was in the middle of a very unfair, heartbreaking situation that Mr. Gower really helped meet through, and after my case I saw him in the grocery store where my reaction wasn't "oh, that attorney", but instead "I need to go say hello to Robbie!". Highly recommended for anyone, especially if you are the underdog and needing a fair shot at getting what's right in your case.

Was very helpful ensuring I was given best case scenario which happened. Also proving my innocence and allowing me to understand the terms of which were presented to me that I was naive in, such as certain laws. Did not give up and definitely fought the fight to maintain my good character and proper ...reputation. Definitely pleased with having Mr.Gower on my case.
