Has done nothing!
My retainer has been paid in full for a YEAR! Nothing has been done. Creditors are still calling nothing has been filed through the courts. I try to call her office and it says mailbox is full and to call back.

Replied last November 23, 2011Since Joanna North is always available via e-mail, and the person posting this comment has e-mail, it makes no sense that this person doesnt contact the office by e-mail if there is a problem with a voice mail system.

Absolutly do not chose Joanna G North as your attorney
Since July the retainer has been paid all documents have been returned, fees to file paid, and nothing. No correspondence have gone out to creditors. This should all be final by now. I leave messages with no returned phone calls. I am sure my number and name come up on caller ID and they don't ans...
