Mr. Hogan came highly recommended by a BK attorney I used in 2010. He was very expensive, $300/hr. He cost me tens of thousands of dollars by not willing to fight an unfair child support situation on my behalf, claiming the judge and spouse's atty. were behaving illegally. Losses I'm claiming were pr...imarily for children claimed by my spouse on taxes against the divorce decree. In spite of my child choosing to live with me, he still squandered the opportunity to fight appropriately for me to retain child support for this child. I ended up overpaying child support for the child living with me for an additional 14 months, and paying for him to resolve, which cost thousands more. He billed me three times in three years, then harassed me for more prompt payment.
