Unethical!!!! Seriously beware!!!!

In 1998 my husband went through a divorce. We hired Enright. He sent us letters telling us that the court date was coming up. We had moved. I had my mail transferred thinking that all mail in our box would be sent to our new address. Only mine was forwarded on. He did not get his mail. Enright kept s...ending letters. DIDN'T CALL at all. He resigned from our case a week before the trial. Three days before we finally got his letters. I called him & asked him if he would take the case back if we paid the balance of our bill. We weren't behind, just needed to pay the balance. He said, "Yes." As soon as I paid him, his assistant literally escorted us out the back door and said "Mr Enright will not be your lawyer." No one would take his case with 3 days left and my husband who is seriously hearing impaired went to court with no lawyer. His wife got absolutely everything including $2004 a month spousal and child support. Half of his profit sharing , her vehicle paid off, everything!! We have been paying his wife $1200 a month now for 19 years. She has received almost $300,000, while we only have $2000 in savings & now we have to retire. The children are all grown. She owns a home, car etc., we still struggle every month. My husband has had to work because we can't afford to retire. He will be 70 in December. He just had his first OTJ injury, fell off of a ladder & crushed both of his heels. In 90 days he will lose his job because if he is not back to work, they will dismiss him after 45 years. L&I gives you 65% of your paycheck now she will get $1200 of that. We don't know how long they will pay. After that, they will take $1200 out of his social security which is on $2800. This is all caused because of Brian Enright. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!!! HE IS UNETHICAL & A THIEF!!!

Surprised he is still in business.

Did not perform as requested. I wanted to negotiate a settlement. He felt the only option in my divorce was to go to trial which made him & my ex's lawyer more money. His preparation prior to the trial was about 2 min. Walked into the courtroom at 9AM. We were first & he had no prior time to prepare....
