Attorney Bell got the job done. I didn’t want to deal with much of what was going on in my life at the time, but he kept me informed, appeared in court for me, and handled my case professionally and quickly.
Thank you very much. Your comments are greatly appreciated.

he Will advice you wrong .. stick with the EEOC it’s free .. he will convince you to get right to sue letter it’s because he doesn’t believe EEOC that they takes forever and they are biased... after you get your right to sue letter he turns around and say he may take forever and may costs thousands...
This review unfortunately reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of what the EEOC does. The EEOC is free, yes, but they extremely rarely will ever represent you in court and generally cannot make a binding ruling on the case. Basically, the EEOC simply issues a right to sue your employer after looking at the case. I make a point to tell all of my clients constantly, from the initial consultation, through the required EEOC process (as applicable), and am correct to remind them how lengthy and expensive litigation really is. As a complete surprise to me, this person decided to drop the case just before filing suit because it finally seemed to sink in what this person was getting themselves into, apparently having tuned out all my previous warnings. This person also never explained the reason or complained before. It is unfortunate that I am blamed for this person's independent judgment and lack of understanding of the EEOC process.

CONSULTED WITH LAWYER TO SEE IF I HAD A CASE WORTH GOING FORWARD WITH. I DID NOT, AND THATS OK, BUT I WASNT EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH CERTAIN THINGS SAID DURING CONSULTATION. HE READ PAPERS WRITTEN ABOUT ME THAT I WAS USING FOR MY CASE AND HE WENT ON TO SOMEWHAT LECTURE ME ABOUT HOW I NEEDED TO CHANGE HOW...
It's kind of unfair to the attorneys on here that, due to the confidentiality issues, we really can't defend ourselves adequately. But that's understood and I take the bad with the good. What I will say is that much of my job is telling people who don't understand labor law, what they don't want to hear. The law unfortunately usually doesn't care 'what kind of person you are.' The perception of your shortcomings becomes the reality because the judge, jury, etc., have to rule on your case at the end of the day based on what the evidence shows and not your personal feelings. There's no way any attorney can find out the ultimate truth of your case in just an hour with you. But we can certainly develop an impression about your chances. The worst thing any attorney could do to you is not be honest with you, even to the point of being blunt. Telling you what you didn't want to hear may have just saved you many thousands of dollars in attorneys' fees.

Straight up efficient, hard working, very thorough and knowlegeable family guy who desires and is passionate about your business with him. Quite the opposite of a stereotypical attorney that a layperson like myself would avoid a conversation with. Approachable, highly recommendable, the kind of pers...
